Bookings made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.
Should you cancel or amend your reservation within 7 days of the arrival date, or during your stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation package per room will be charged.
Credit card will be swiped on the day of arrival to serve as a security deposit bond. This information will be destoryed after cleaners have been through the property and confirmed that there is no damage and excess cleaning.
